About Rural Contractor Network

Built for the people who buy, clear, and build on rural land, and the contractors who do the work.

Why this exists

Building on raw land takes a lot of different contractors: someone to clear it, someone to cut the driveway, a septic installer, a well driller, a pump company, maybe a pond builder, a barn builder, and a storm shelter installer. Most of those businesses are small, local, and hard to find online. Rural Contractor Network puts them in one place, organized by trade and state.

Who runs it

Rural Contractor Network is being built by David Duffy, a Pennsylvania business owner who also runs the Exotic Ranch & Wildlife Network.

How we make money

Landowners use the site free. Contractors can list free, or pay a flat monthly price for Pro or Premium tools. We do not sell shared leads. Paid plans change where a listing appears; they are not an endorsement.
