After you send a request
Introductions, a backup pro, and the tracker.
- Introductions. You and each pro you picked get an introduction with names and contact details.
- Pros reach out. Each pro contacts you the way you asked: call, text, or email.
- Backup pro. If a pro doesn't reply within a few hours, you're offered another pro who serves your county, and you decide.
- Track it. The job tracker will show each step, from site visit to done (coming soon).
- Review. When the job is done, you're asked for a review.
