Who can leave a review
Only a landowner who sent a quote request or posted a job through this site, and was connected with that contractor, can review them. Each review is tied to that request. We don't accept reviews from anyone else, and we don't copy reviews from other sites.
Paying never affects reviews
- Free, Pro, and Premium members are reviewed the same way.
- We never hide, remove, reorder, or edit a review because a contractor pays us, and we never sell "review management."
- Ads and paid plans have nothing to do with reviews or the Rural Verified badge.
- Pro and Premium can send automatic reminders asking for a review after a site job. The landowner decides whether to write one and what it says.
Contractors can reply
Every contractor can post one public reply to each review, on any plan, including Free.
What we remove
Only reviews that break clear rules: threats, hate, private info such as phone numbers, reviews about a different business, or proven conflicts of interest (like a competitor or relative). We say on the listing when a review was removed and why.
Right now
There are no reviews on this site yet, and every listing says "No reviews yet." We don't show sample reviews, because made-up reviews would mislead people.
For landowners
After a job you set up here, you'll get a private link to review the contractor. Post a job free or request a quote.
